Returns and Refunds

Except for any Testing Services designated on the Site as non-refundable or non-returnable, we will accept a refund request for the Testing Services for a refund of your purchase price, provided such refund request is made within 30 days of your order and before you have shipped the sample back to us. To request a refund for the Testing Services, you must call (888) 378-4352 or e-mail our Customer Service Department at info@xperiential.com for refund authorization.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately five business days of our receipt of your refund request. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY TESTING SERVICES DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE.
