Wastewater Treatment

Xperiential Waste Water Analysis and Testing Services

Our desire to protect water resources throughout the world was one of the founding principles of Xperiential Laboratories.

Our laboratory is pleased to offer wastewater treatment services to a variety of industries such as automotive, chemical manufacturers, food processors, pharmaceutical producers, local municipalities, surface treatment companies, metal treatment and finishing companies, energy producers, electronics firms, and other testing laboratories.

Such testing enables our customers to be in compliance with their NPDES permits, POTW/IPP’s, and various other wastewater monitoring programs.

This testing would include analyses for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs), PCBs, Pesticides, Wet Chemistry, Metals, Mercury, Lead, and Available Cyanide. Specialty analyses based upon your particular industry needs can be tailored to your individual situation.

Our laboratories can also evaluate the biosolids from your wastewater treatment system in terms of chemistry and bacterial composition. We can also determine the Biological Oxygen Demand, Chemical Oxygen Demand, and Fecal Coliform levels in your waste effluent.

Our senior scientists can also assist you formulating a treatability program to remove unwanted contaminants using state of the art chemical and/or physical removal technologies. Such programs would help you deal with organic waste reduction, nitrification, denitrification, total nitrogen removal, or specialty treatment applications. We also can provide complete information in regard to the microbiological condition of your wastewater samples including bacteriological, fungal, protozoan, and Legionella sp. analyses.

We are also able to fully analyze your drinking water, swimming pool water, spa water as well. These analyses conform to USEPA and MDEQ specifications and can be used to fulfill your permit requirements. Water samples submitted, however, have to conform to specific time and temperature requires as specified by the regulating agency. We can advise you as to how to submit samples and provide the proper containers necessary to do so.
